The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of four active projects running in parallel, ensuring alignment with company objectives, stakeholder expectations, and project deliverables. This role will focus on structured project execution, risk mitigation, and communication, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
o Reports to the Solutions Delivery Manager.
o Works closely with technical teams, business development, and external partners to track and manage project progress.
o Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
o Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring structured execution across teams.
o Coordinate internal teams (engineering, product, operations) and ensure alignment on project objectives.
o Proactively identify project bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
o Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding project timelines, task assignments, and dependencies.
o Regularly update the Solutions Delivery Manager on project progress, risks, and resource needs.
o Facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment and collaboration between teams.
o Communicate with external stakeholders (partners, subcontractors, clients) to track dependencies and align expectations.
o Identify potential project risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
o Track and resolve project issues efficiently, ensuring minimal impact on deadlines.
o Maintain risk registers and escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary.
o Maintain up-to-date project documentation, schedules, and reports for leadership review.
o Track and manage budget allocation, resource planning, and task prioritisation.
o Ensure all project deliverables are documented, reviewed, and submitted in accordance with internal and external requirements.
o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
o 3-4 years of experience as a Project Manager in technology, energy, or infrastructure-related projects.
o Strong experience in project execution, scheduling, and resource coordination.
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
o Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
o Experience in risk management and issue resolution.
o Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
o PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus but not mandatory.
